Braves and A's Complete Trade

Atlanta, Ga. - The Atlanta Braves and Oakland A's completed a trade today, as Atlanta acquired International Bonus Pool Slot No. 113 in exchange for right-handed pitcher Aaron Kurcz.

Kurcz, 24, went 4-3 with a 3.27 ERA in 31 appearances out of the bullpen for the Gwinnett (AAA) Braves this season. He was acquired by the Braves in a trade with the Boston Red Sox in December 2014 and owns a career minor league record of 17-14 with a 2.88 ERA over 151 games.
