HOUSTON, TX - It was announced today that the new Houston date for Taylor Swift's The1989 World Tour will be Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Minute Maid Park.
The Houston Astros are excited to host Taylor Swift, one of today's hottest and most critically-acclaimed musical artists. As a concert and special event venue, Minute Maid Park is committed to providing the best experience to not only Astros fans, but to the fans of all of the artists that perform at the ballpark. The new show date will ensure that fans of Taylor Swift will have every opportunity to see her perform at Minute Maid Park, as the September 9th date does not conflict with any potential postseason baseball.
Those who have already purchased their tickets for the previously scheduled date of The 1989 World Tour at Minute Maid Park are automatically guaranteed the same seats that they purchased for the original October date. However, refunds are available for those who purchased tickets directly from Ticketmaster or the Minute Maid Park Box Office and are unable to attend the rescheduled concert date.

Will refunds be available if I'm unable to make the September 9 date?
- Yes. In order to receive your refund, please contact Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-653-8000. However, exchanges and relocations are not available. We encourage fans to either resell tickets via Ticketmaster Verified Tickets or request a refund as soon as possible for those customers who may now be available to attend.
Will you be reissuing tickets for the new date?
- No. Your original ticket will work for the September 9 date. No action is necessary.
