Texas Rangers announce ticket special for Thursday's game with Toronto

Fans can purchase four tickets for just $28.00 for 1:05 p.m. series finale

The Texas Rangers announced today that the club is offering a ticket special for Thursday's 1:05 p.m. game with the Toronto Blue Jays, who are currently tied for the lead in the A.L. East Division.

With the Push for the Postseason 4-Pack, fans can purchase four tickets to the August 27 game for just $28.00 in the Lexus Club Terrace, Upper Box, Upper Reserved, or Grandstand Reserved seating sections, a savings of up to 77%. Additional tickets can be purchased for $7.00 each (minimum ticket purchase of four to receive offer).  

The Push for the Postseason 4-Pack can be purchased at texasrangers.com by using the coupon code POSTSEASON. The ticket special is also available by calling 972-RANGERS or at the Globe Life Park in Arlington First Base Box Office.

In addition, 16 ounce sodas and ice cream/frozen treats will be on sale for just $2.00 each all day on Thursday.

The Rangers and Blue Jays open this six-game homestand with 7:05 p.m. games on Tuesday and Wednesday. In tonight's series opener, the first 15,000 fans, 14 years of age and older, will receive a Dr Pepper/Albertsons/Tom Thumb Yovani Gallardo Powder Blue T-Shirt. August 26 is Dollar Hot Dog Night and Dr Pepper Autograph Wednesday for youngsters 13 and under.

The Baltimore Orioles will be at Globe Life Park on Friday and Saturday, August 28-29 at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday, August 30 at 2:05 p.m. A post-game fireworks show that features the history of pop music takes place after Friday's game. On Sunday, the first 7,500 youngsters, 13 and under, will get a Dairy Queen Shin-Soo Choo Blue Batting Helmet.
