Marlins Minor Leaguer Castillo Suspended

The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Miami Marlins Minor League catcher Felix Castillo has received an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Clomiphene, a performance-enhancing substance in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

The suspension of Castillo, who is currently on the roster of the Single-A Greensboro Grasshoppers of the South Atlantic League, will be effective at the start of the 2016 SAL season.
