Giants Unveil Select Promotions and Special Events for 2016 Season

2016 Limited Single Game Tickets & Select Special Events to Go On Sale On Orange & Black Friday, November 27, 2015

Individual game ticket sales for the 2016 Giants season, April and May games only (except Opening Day), will go on sale the day after Thanksgiving. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. PT on Orange & Black Friday, November 27, single game tickets, for April and May games only and select special events, can be purchased online at sfgiants.com or in person at all Giants Dugout Store locations as well as the AT&T Park ticket windows at Lefty O'Doul Plaza. 

The Giants unveiled the first two months of the 2016 Promotions Schedule which includes traditional favorites, two bobbleheads, and kids only giveaways.   Opening Day Calendar presented by AT&T (April 7); Opening Night Fireworks (April 8); Beat LA Flag presented by Coca Cola (April 9); Two Flaps Down Cap (April 22); and a Mother's Day Quilted Tote Bag (May 8). The featured bobbleheads in April and May include Matt Duffy (April 23) and Brandon Crawford (May 7). Kids only giveaways for those 14 & under include a Madison Bumgarner Cap (April 22), Joe Panik Backpack (April 24) and a Buster Posey Kids Hamper (May 22). The Giants also released their 2016 Special Events Schedule with select (additional special events to be announced) events going on sale on Orange and Black Friday. All special events require the purchase of a special event ticket. Special events include the traditional heritage games, with Irish Heritage I (Apr. 25); Chinese Heritage (Apr. 26); Cinco de Mayo (May 5); Korean Heritage (May 9); Japanese Heritage (May 10); Filipino Heritage I (May 23); Portuguese Heritage (June 13); Irish Heritage II (Aug. 15); Native American Heritage (Aug. 16); Jewish Heritage (Aug. 30); Filipino Heritage II (Sept. 13); Italian Heritage (Sept. 15); Polynesian Heritage (Sept. 27); and African American Heritage (Sept. 28). Other special event highlights include college nights with Cal (Apr. 19) and San Francisco State (Apr. 20) followed by Golf Night (Apr. 22) and Brewfest (Apr. 23). Other popular special events include Metallica Night (May 6); Superheroes and Comics Night (May 7); Bruce Lee Tribute (May 24); Autism Awareness Night with Will Clark (June 14); LGBT Night  (June 24); Hello Kitty Day (July 10); Fire Fighter Appreciation (July 25); tokidoki Night (July 26); Law Enforcement Appreciation (July 28); Jerry Garcia Tribute (Aug. 18); Fellowship Day (Aug. 20); Boy Scout Day (Aug. 21); Gamer Day with Mike Krukow (Aug. 28); Step Up to the Plate for Homelessness (Sept. 12); Oktoberfest at the Park (Sept. 29); and STAR WARS® Day (Oct. 1). Ticket prices will start as low as $9 for select games and will only be on sale through 11:59 p.m. PT on December 24. Two special holiday ticket packages are also available which include one game in each month of the regular season. Each of these Holiday "Six-Packs" include a limited-edition Madison Bumgarner Nutcracker and must be purchased by December 10 to receive the nutcracker by Christmas. With the Giants dynamic pricing structure, fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets early to secure the best prices. After December 24, individual game ticket sales, including all special events, will resume on Saturday, February 13 during the KNBR/Giants Fan Fest at AT&T Park.
