March 7th, 2016

The Milwaukee Brewers are proud to bring back the Strike Out Bullying contest for the second straight season. This year, students from across the greater Milwaukee area will be asked to create a commercial with a positive message to "Strike Out Bullying." The winning entry will receive a grand prize which includes a visit from Brewers players as well as tickets and transportation to a game for their school.

Students from all public and private schools in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington and Waukesha Counties are encouraged to create a video that demonstrates a positive message that will help end bullying.

Teachers can then submit their team's video via the form at brewers.com/beyondthediamond. The winning video will be selected by a panel of judges assembled by the Brewers and will be assessed on a concise and positive message that incorporates creativity and originality.

On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, the winning participant's school will host a visit from Brewers players, coaches and other Brewers personnel, and will receive Brewers apparel along with tickets for the following day's Brewers vs. Cubs game at Miller Park. Transportation to and from Miller Park will also be provided. In addition, the student with the winning essay will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at that night's game. If the video was created by more than one student, a name from the group will be drawn.

The contest is now open and extends until the end of the day on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:59 pm CST. The creator(s) of the winning video will be notified prior to May 18.
