The Milwaukee Brewers are pleased to announce that every member of the team's roster has committed to participate in Brewers Community Foundation (BCF) and Community Relations activities for the 2016 season. Through the various BCF and Brewers Community Relations initiatives; players, coaches and front office staff are helping to make a difference in our community.

Player participation started before the team even arrived in Milwaukee. During Spring Training, members of BCF and Community Relations had the pleasure of speaking with each player individually about the challenges in the Milwaukee community and the team's commitment to having an impact on children and their families in the areas of health, education, recreation and basic needs.

In addition to financial support, those on the Brewers roster committed to participate in a number of community and philanthropic initiatives. Beyond the Diamond is an umbrella program and an integral part of the Brewers outreach effort, and it features community involvement activities and opportunities to serve and generate additional support for quality nonprofit organizations. The Brewers Bowl-A-Thon, a Brewers Block Party and Children's Hospital visits are several of the initiatives in this year's Beyond the Diamond program.

Brewers Community Foundation supports nearly 200 organizations annually. This year's involvement includes support for diverse organizations such as; Ronald McDonald House Charities, Sharp Literacy, Inc., Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity, Wisconsin Humane Society, Fisher House Wisconsin, Milwaukee Public Library, Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and several Little League groups including Beckum-Stapleton Little League, Felix Mantilla Little League and the RBI Program.
