The Cleveland Indians have introduced a special ticket discount for the military and their families. With this new discount, military and their families will be able to save up to 20 percent on tickets to select games.
The military discount is offered online only beginning with home games Memorial Day weekend May 27-30 for various locations at Progressive Field, including the Field Box Back, Family Deck, Upper Box and Outfield Club. Military discount details and military verification powered by ID.me available at Indians.com/military.
"Military members and their families have made incredible sacrifices for our country, and this is a small way of thanking them for that sacrifice," Tribe Senior Vice President of Public Affairs Bob DiBiasio said.
The Indians have long supported the military, from our Homestand Heroes event to our weekly Friends of Francona program, among other initiatives. Through the Friends of Francona program, Indians Manager Terry Francona donates to deserving military families 10 club seats and $20 of Fun Money per person. Select guests also receive autographed Terry Francona jerseys, military-themed hats and a scoreboard greeting.
