The Pittsburgh Pirates today announced the return of the popular fan-value "You Score as the Bucs Score" promotion, offering fans the opportunity to save each time the Pirates score against the Miami Marlins this week.
The Pirates rank among the top scoring teams in Major League Baseball and have scored an average of just over five runs per game coming into the weekday series. Now for every run the Pirates score during the four-game series in Miami on Monday, May 30 through Thursday, June 2, fans will receive one dollar off the purchase price of Infield and Outfield Box seats for select home games in June.
Games eligible for discount include:
Monday, June 6 through Wednesday, June 8 vs the New York Mets
Monday, June 20 through Thursday, June 23 vs the San Francisco Giants
- Dates include Thursday, June 23 (12:35 p.m.) Gerrit Cole Bobblehead Day
Monday, June 27 vs the Los Angeles Dodgers (12:35 p.m.)
Discounted tickets will go on sale approximately 30 minutes following the end of the Thursday, June 2 game at pirates.com/howmanyruns. Tickets will also be available for purchase beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 3, at the PNC Park box office or by calling 1-877-893-2827. The promotion will run as long as supplies last.
