The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) reinstated OF David Peralta (@dperalta6) from the 15-day disabled list (right wrist inflammation) and optioned RHP Silvino Bracho to Triple-A Reno, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.
 
Peralta, 28, made 2 rehab appearances with Reno over the weekend, going 1-for-6 with a RBI, 2 walks and 2 runs scored. Prior to being placed on the disabled list on May 15, he was hitting .260 (32-for-123) with 7 doubles, 3 triples, 3 home runs and 12 RBI in 33 games with Arizona.
 
Bracho, 23, has a 7.50 ERA (5 ER in 6.0 IP) over 2 stints and 6 games for the D-backs this season.
