The Boston Red Sox have signed two additional players selected in the 2016 June Draft.

The Boston Red Sox have signed two additional players selected in the 2016 June Draft.
 
Director of Amateur Scouting Mike Rikard made the announcement.
 
The additional signings include right-handed pitchers Shaun Anderson (3rd round) and Matthew Gorst (12th round). Each player has been assigned to short-season Single-A Lowell.
 
In all, 14 of the 40 players selected by Boston in the 2016 June Draft have been signed to contracts, including six of the club's top nine picks and 11 of the top 20.
