Twins to return May from rehab and reinstate from disabled list

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they will return right-handed pitcher Trevor May from his rehab assignment and reinstate him from the 15-day disabled list.

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they will return right-handed pitcher Trevor May from his rehab assignment and reinstate him from the 15-day disabled list. May appeared in four games for Triple-A Rochester allowing one run in 3 2/3 innings pitched, with one walk, six strikeouts and one save. He missed the Twins last 23 games with low back spasms.
To make room for May on the 25-man roster, the Twins have optioned left-handed pitcher Buddy Boshers to Triple-A Rochester.
