MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Tonight's Astros game, which went into a delay in the top of the 3rd inning with the Astros trailing 5-0, has been postponed due to inclement weather conditions. The game will be rescheduled tomorrow as half of a day-night doubleheader at Target Field, with games scheduled for 12:10 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. CT. 
Although the game was originally delayed in the 3rd inning, tonight's game will be declared "No Game" pursuant to MLB rule 7.01 (e). Therefore, tonight's postponed game will begin as a new game tomorrow.
Right-handed pitcher Doug Fister, who was originally scheduled to start tomorrow's series finale will instead start tomorrow's day game. The Astros will start right-handed pitcher Chris Devenski in the night cap. The Twins will counter with right-handed pitcher Jose Berrios in Game 1 and left-handed pitcher Tommy Milone in Game 2.
Doubleheader rules allow for a 26-man roster for Game 2, which the Astros will fill by recalling left-handed pitcher Kevin Chapman from Triple A Fresno.
Both games of tomorrow doubleheader will still be televised locally by ROOT SPORTS Southwest. The games will also be broadcast on English radio back in Houston on KBME SportsTalk 790 and in Spanish on La Nueva 94.1 FM.
