The Cleveland Indians today announced the following roster moves relative to the 2016 Major League roster:
Recalled RHP AUSTIN ADAMS (#49) from AAA Columbus.
Adams, 30, has spent most of the season in AAA Columbus, posting a mark of 2-4 with 8 saves and a 4.54 ERA in 34 relief appearances (37.2IP, 44H, 19ER, 9BB, 41SO). Around his tenure in Columbus he has pitched with Cleveland over two previous stints (May 22-June 6; July 1-Aug. 2), going 0-0 with a 7.04 ERA in 15 outings (15.1IP, 18H, 13R/12ER, 5BB, 15SO).
The Major League roster now consists of 34 players.
