Angels OF Kole Calhoun will undergo surgery today for a bilateral core muscle injury. The surgery will be performed in Philadelphia, PA by Dr. William Myers. Estimated time of recovery is 6-8 weeks, after which Kole may begin his normal off-season training regime. He is expected to have no limitations in 2017 Spring Training.
