VETERANS DAY BATTING PRACTICE AT DODGER STADIUM TOMORROW

The Dodgers will play host to approximately 300 guests comprised of pre-selected active duty service members of our nation's U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard, veterans and their families for batting practice at Dodger Stadium tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in honor of Veterans Day.

LOS ANGELES - The Dodgers will play host to approximately 300 guests comprised of pre-selected active duty service members of our nation's U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard, veterans and their families for batting practice at Dodger Stadium tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in honor of Veterans Day.
Dodger special guests will be in attendance. Dodger infielder Micah Johnson, Dodger great Ron Cey and Dodger alumni Billy Ashley and Dennis Powell will be present to welcome the group of active duty military members and veterans. Dodger in-game host Jessica Rosales will serve as emcee. U.S. Army Sergeant Stephanie Jones will perform the national anthem. Jones enlisted in the Army in 2009 and is currently stationed at Fort Irwin as a food service specialist. Her awards include an Army Commendation Medal, four Army Achievement Medals, the National Defense Service Medal and the Global War Terrorism Service Medal. In her spare time, she sings at military events.
