ATLANTA, Ga. - The Atlanta Braves agreed to terms with C Anthony Recker and LHP Paco Rodriguez on a one-year contract today to avoid arbitration. In addition, the team declined to tender a 2017 contract to RHP Chris Withrow, which allows the right-hander to negotiate with any Major League team.
Recker, 33, hit .278 (25-for-90) in 33 games for the Braves last season. The team went 13-13 in his 26 starts after he joined the club from Triple-A Gwinnett on July 15.

Withrow, 27, went 3-0 with a 3.58 ERA in 46 games out of the bullpen for the Braves last season.
The Braves have three remaining arbitration-eligible players: RHP Arodys Vizcaino, OF Ender Inciarte and LHP Ian Krol.
