Colorado Rockies announce 2017 Minor League staff

The Colorado Rockies announced their Minor League staff for the 2017 season today. The announcement includes a new pitching coordinator, new managers at the Double-A and Short-Season levels, as well as a new Rookie Level supervisor. Additionally, the Rockies are announcing 10 other personnel changes.
