Twins Community Fund & 1500 ESPN To Host Town Ball Classic Games

The Twins Community Fund and 1500 ESPN announced today that they will host the Third Annual Town Ball Classic at Target Field on Saturday, June 24, 2017.

The Twins Community Fund and 1500 ESPN announced today that they will host the Third Annual Town Ball Classic at Target Field on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
 
The Town Ball Classic will feature some of the best men's amateur baseball teams throughout the state of Minnesota. This one-day event gives six teams the chance to play at Target Field.
 
Saturday, June 24
Games are set to begin at 10:00 am, 12:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
All three games will be broadcast live on 1500 ESPN
Class C-10:00 a.m. Raymond Rockets vs. Sobieski Skis
Class B-12:30 p.m. Dundas Dukes vs. Chaska Cubs
Class A-3:00 p.m. Minneapolis Angels vs. Baseball 365
 
Tickets are on sale and are $10 for all three games. Teams participating in this year's event includes the Raymond Rockets, Sobieski Skis, Dundas Dukes, Chaska Cubs, Minneapolis Angels and Baseball 365.  
 
Net proceeds from the Town Ball Classic will benefit the Twins Community Fund. The Twins Community Fund supports youth baseball and softball programs throughout Twins Territory. Over the past 25 years the Fund has provided local and regional communities resources for getting more kids in the game through its various grants and programs.
