The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have reinstated first baseman Joe Mauer from the 10-day disabled list. Mauer missed six games on the disabled list with a lower back strain.
In a corresponding move, the Twins have placed outfielder Byron Buxton on the 10-day disabled list with a left groin strain.
