D-BACKS SCIENCE OF BASEBALL STEM SHOWCASE: The D-backs will host more than 5,000 Arizona students and their families as part of the Science of Baseball and STEM Showcase, presented by Chase and Insight. The students and teachers will participate in a pregame STEM parade around the field and will receive a free D-backs Science of Baseball T-shirt, courtesy of Chase. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Chase will present 10 STEM clubs and teachers with a $2,500 grant to support their projects, totaling $25,000. Prior to the game, fans are encouraged to visit the interactive exhibits and meet with experts in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math along the main and upper concourses. DINOSAUR FIRST PITCH: As part of the STEM Showcase, a Megaraptor has teamed up with the Phoenix Zoo to help promote the upcoming exhibit "Dinosaurs in the Desert" and will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL ROBOTICS: As part of the STEM Showcase, the D-backs will recognize students from the Centennial High School robotics team. The team won the International Zero Robotics competition sponsored by NASA and MIT where their alliance with a team from Italy won first place for their artificial intelligence coding for satellites on the International Space Station.  
BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB & MATTAMY HOMES BACKPACK DRIVE: Mattamy Homes, the D-backs, and Boys and Girls Club of Central Phoenix have teamed up for the third consecutive season to help provide backpacks filled with school supplies for kids at the D-backs Branch of the Boys and Girls Club that are now back in school.
D-BACKS TEACHER OF THE YEAR: The D-backs will recognize Sossaman Middle School 8th grade science teacher Nancy Foote as the Most Valuable Teacher of the Year. Foote was selected amongst 10 of the team's season-long Most Valuable Teachers program. Last Friday, D-backs pitcher Shelby Miller surprised Foote at her school in Queen Creek with a check for $5,000 to spend on supplies for the classroom and a D-backs jersey.  
CHOIR NIGHT: More than 750 kids will sing the National Anthem from the warning track.

GOLD RUSH FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS NIGHT: The D-backs will raise awareness for childhood cancer through several pre-game and in-game activities. Fans will have the opportunity to donate $100 and receive a commemorative package that includes a Backpack, Mystery Ball, Goldy Emoji Pillow, and commemorative Gold Rush T-shirt. All proceeds will benefit Goldy's Fund for Kids and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. GIANNA'S FORCE OF HOPE: The D-backs will recognize the Hurtado family, who lost their five-year-old daughter, Gianna, to Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) in January of 2017. Also, $10 of each special event ticket will benefit the Gianna's Force Of Hope Foundation.
UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX ALUMNI: More than 1,500 alumni from the University of Phoenix will attend the game.
FRY'S DIAMOND DAYS PROGRAM: Fry's Food Stores and the USO will treat more than 200 Airmen and their families from Luke Air Force Base to enjoy the game.

FAN APPRECIATION DAY: The D-backs have partnered CenturyLink, Chase, Cold Stone Creamery, Cox Communications, Fry's Food Stores, Papa John's, Taco Bell, Treasury Wine Estates and Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt to offer fans special promotions throughout the game as a thank you to fans for their support throughout the entire season. Fans will have the opportunity to win an entertainment bundle from Cox Communications that includes an iPad Pro, 65" LED Smart 4K TV and a year of free Internet and cable service. All fans can enjoy special discounts on merchandise and concessions throughout Chase Field all weekend long. One lucky fan will be chosen to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
GILA RIVER CASINOS GAME NIGHT CAR GIVEAWAY: The D-backs and Gila River Casinos will give away a 2017 Ford Escape, courtesy of Sanderson Ford, to one lucky D-backs fan. Finalists won the opportunity while playing the Gila River Hotels & Casinos Game Night at D-backs home games throughout the season.
ALL FANS RUN THE BASES FOR PCH: All fans are invited to run the bases after the game and can line up on the ramps near section 110 immediately following the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will donate $1 to Phoenix Children's Hospital for everyone that crosses home plate.
D-BACKS WIVES' "FAVORITE THINGS" AUCTION: D-backs wives and girlfriends of current players and coaches have put together baskets full of their "Favorite Things" and will include autographed memorabilia that will be available for auction. The auction will begin when gates open through the end of the 7th inning at section 131. Proceeds will benefit the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.
SCHOOL FUNDRAISING DAY: The D-backs have 500 students, families and faculty participating in D-backs School Fundraising Day. The D-backs School Fundraising program is designed to offer schools the opportunity to have an exciting school outing at Chase Field while also raising funds for the school. Every participating school will get to keep a portion of every ticket sold. As a result, this program has helped raise over $50,000 for schools throughout Arizona since its inception.
UBER ALL-STAR DRIVER PARTNER: The D-backs and Uber will recognize two exceptional driver partners for the months of August and September during a pregame ceremony.
CHASE BIG FLY CHECK PRESENTATION FOR PLAY BALL FUND: Chase is the proud sponsor of the Big Fly, a charitable initiative that contributes $250 for each home run a D-backs player hits during the regular season with proceeds going towards the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation's Play Ball Fund. The Play Ball fund provides grants to youth teams, leagues and organizations for equipment, training resources and more. Chase will present a check for $53,750 to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.

SANDERSON FORD CRONISTA INFANTIL: The D-backs and Sanderson Ford will host the next Cronista Infantil as a guest on the D-backs' Spanish radio broadcast alongside Oscar Soria and Rodrigo Lopez during the game. LUIS GONZALEZ AWARD: The D-backs and Luis Gonzalez will present a D-backs player with the third annual Luis Gonzalez Award prior to the game. The award is given to the D-backs player who best exemplifies the talents, spirit and heart of the D-backs legend both on and off the field, as voted by his teammates and coaches.
A-GAME ALL STARS - Rookies of the Year: The D-backs will recognize 10 part-time employees as Rookies of the Year for their hard work and dedication to the organization in a pregame ceremony that includes a photo with a D-backs executive and a D-backs player.
PLAY BALL FUND: As a part of the on-going D-backs Give Back charitable efforts, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation will recognize Play Ball grant recipients during a special pregame ceremony on the field. Throughout the season, the Play Ball Fund, supported by Chase and Western Refining, will award teams, leagues and organizations $1,000 in grants for equipment, training resources and more. A-GAME ALL STARS -MVPs: The D-backs will recognize 10 part-time employees as MVPs for their hard work and dedication to the organization in a pregame ceremony that includes a photo with a D-backs executive and a D-backs player.
2017 GOLDEN GLOVER TEAM: The D-backs will recognize the 2017 team of Golden Glovers for their dedication to the team over the past season.
SHAMROCK FARMS GRAND SLAM MILK DRIVE: The D-backs will recognize Shamrock Farms and update fans on their Grand Slam Milk Drive which launched in May and has reached its goal of donating 6,000 gallons of milk to St. Mary's Food Bank by the end of the season.
SWIM SAFETY PROGRAM: The D-backs and Safelite AutoGlass will recognize kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs who have participated in Michael Phelps IM program during a special pregame recognition. The D-backs and Safelite funded the Michael Phelps IM Program at various Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the Valley this summer.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
TEEN SAFE DRIVING MOCK CRASH & EXPO- Sept. 22 & 29: Phoenix Fire will conduct a mock crash as a way to show students the dangers of drinking and driving. Students will have the chance to pledge to not drink and drive or text and drive and in return receive a D-backs t-shirt and a ticket to a future D-backs game courtesy of the D-backs and State Farm. South Mountain High School will host on Sept. 22 and Betty H. Fairfax High School will host on Sept. 29.
D-BACKS SCHOOL CHALLENGE presented by UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX: The D-backs and University of Phoenix are giving away $100,000 to benefit schools across Arizona. Twenty schools will be selected and will receive $5,000 to help improve their school. The deadline to apply is Sept. 29. Schools can apply for the grant online at www.dbacks.com/schoolchallenge.
D-BACKS AUTHENTICS: The D-backs sell game-used and authenticated merchandise ranging from game-used bases, jerseys, bats, balls and lineup cards to autographed merchandise. D-BACKS BASEBALL ACADEMY YOUTH CLINICS: D-backs Baseball Academy coaches will host two free clinics for kids at Futures Field located in the Phoenix Children's Hospital Sandlot at each D-backs home game starting one hour before first pitch and at the end of the fourth inning.
LA TERRAZA: Fans can enjoy a Latin vibe in the Upper Right Field Concourse at every Friday, Saturday and Sunday home game, which includes specialized décor, Latin music and authentic regional food from local favorites such as El Güero Canelo and La Carreta de Lily. D-BACKS LICENSE PLATES: Fans will have the opportunity to purchase the official D-backs license plate during each D-backs Saturday home game. The Arizona Department of Transportation will have a table on the main concourse at section 132 where fans can purchase or renew their D-backs license plate. Fans that purchase or renew their D-backs license plate at the game will also receive a limited-edition D-backs license plate t-shirt. The D-backs license plate costs $25 and $17 from each plate benefits the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation.
