Division champion Astros take on Angels in final home games of regular season

The AL West Division Champion Houston Astros will play the final three home games of the regular season this weekend against the LA Angels of Anaheim. The Astros are within 1.5 games of the Cleveland Indians for the best overall record in the American League, which will determine home-field advantage throughout the 2017 AL playoffs.

HOUSTON, TX-- The AL West Division Champion Houston Astros will play the final three home games of the regular season this weekend against the LA Angels of Anaheim. The Astros are within 1.5 games of the Cleveland Indians for the best overall record in the American League, which will determine home-field advantage throughout the 2017 AL playoffs. The Angels are also playing with October in mind, as they are currently 1.5 games behind the Minnesota Twins for the second AL Wild Card berth.
The thoughts and prayers of the Astros organization remain with the City of Houston and the many victims impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Monetary donations for hurricane relief are currently being accepted at www.YouCaring.com/AstrosHarvey. Additionally, the Astros Foundation is committing its share of the proceeds of every Share2Care 50/50 raffle for the remainder of the season to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
Astros Foundation volunteers will join Astros players' wives and families to help collect school supplies at all entrance gates for children affected by Hurricane Harvey during all of the Astros remaining home games. Supplies needed include backpacks, book covers, construction paper, erasers, glue (bottle or stick), graph paper, highlighters, index cards, manila paper, No. 2 pencils, notebook paper (wide or college), pencil cases, pens (black, blue, red), pocket folders, rulers, scissors, sharpeners, spiral composition books (wide or college rule), spiral notebooks, three-ring binders, USB flash drives and washable markers.

Friday, September 22 vs. LA Angels of Anaheim - 7:10 p.m.
The final Big and Bright Friday Night of the regular season begins with a special pregame Budweiser Happy Hour at the Budweiser Brew House, where fans can enjoy $6, 16oz Budweiser Signature Draft beer and food specials, a live DJ, corn hole, jenga, and more from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. 
The loudest and most energetic part of the ballpark every Friday night is 'StroZone, presented by Texas Mahindra Dealers! This Friday night's 'StroZone, which is now sold out, includes an exclusive "Brevan McGattis" 'StroZone T-shirt for fans, who can also show their hometown pride by throwing their H's in the air with a custom H-Town foam hand. To cap off our last Big and Bright Friday Night, fans are invited to stay after the game for Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Occidental Petroleum. The musical theme for Friday's fireworks display is 2017 Chart Toppers. Upon conclusion of Friday's game and prior to the start of Friday Night Fireworks, fans will be asked to move from the following sections for their safety and enjoyment: Home Run Alley, Escalator Tower Stairs in Center Field, Budweiser Brew House Tiers, Budweiser Batter's Eye Bar, Torchy's Deck, Crawford Boxes and sections 100-109, 205-208, 305-309, and 405-409.
The Astros Foundation will be raffling off a brand new mPact XTV 750 S, donated by Houston Area Texas Mahindra Dealers, with proceeds benefitting the Astros Foundation. Tickets will be sold at every remaining Astros home game through the end of the season. Fans can purchase raffle tickets on the main concourse behind the escalators near section 107. Tickets are one (1) for $20 or six (6) for $100. The winner will be announced at the annual Diamond Dreams Gala at Minute Maid Park on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 (winner need not be present to win).
General gates will open two hours prior to game time on Friday and Saturday, with Saturday's Hispanic Heritage Street Fest opening at 10:00 a.m. at Left Field, Center Field and Atrium gates. On Sunday, gates will open at the special time of 5:00 p.m. due to ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball. 
Saturday, September 23 vs. LA Angels of Anaheim - 12:05 p.m.
Saturday's 12:05 p.m. game vs. the LA Angels will air exclusively on TV on FOX. Fans can also catch the game on the radio on the Astros flagship radio station 790 KBME AM, in Spanish on La Nueva 94.1 FM or on ESPN radio.
Fans are invited to the annual Hispanic Heritage Street Fest celebration, presented by Fiesta, this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Crawford Street! Fans with a Saturday, September 23 game ticket can enjoy live Latin music, dancing, food trucks, traditional Latin fare and more! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Day, Astros players will wear their Los Astros jerseys during Saturday's game vs. the Angels.
Fans are invited to stick around after the game on Saturday for an Astros After Party, presented by Budweiser, and located in the Budweiser Brew House in Center Field. The Astros After Party will begin in the 8th inning and go until one hour after the final out. Fans can enjoy live music, trivia, food and beverage specials, games and visits from the Astros Coca-Cola Shooting Stars.
Sunday, September 24 vs. LA Angels of Anaheim - 7:05 p.m.
Sunday's matchup between the Astros and Angels will broadcast exclusively on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball beginning at 7:05 p.m. CT. Gates at Minute Maid Park will open at the special time of 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening in light of the new game time. Please note that Kids Run the Bases will not take place following Sunday night's game.

Prior to Sunday's game, six charitable organizations will be acknowledged as the inaugural recipients of the Astros Foundation Grant Program during a pregame ceremony. The six organizations receiving funding from the Astros Foundation Grant Program are the Houston Area Urban League, Literacy Advance of Houston, Inc., the San Jacinto Community College Foundation, Humble Intercontinental Rotary Foundation, Inc., Boys and Girls Country of Houston, Inc., and Taping for the Blind (dba Sight into Sound). 
Sunday is Fan Appreciation Day at the ballpark! Every half-inning, the Astros will randomly select fans in attendance to receive special prizes to show our appreciation for the best fans in baseball! 
Prior to Sunday's 7:05 p.m. matchup, 10,000 fans will receive a 2017 Astros Team Poster and 2018 Schedule Pen presented by Saltgrass Steak House. Fans are encouraged to arrive at the ballpark early to receive any promotional giveaways, as supplies are limited and not guaranteed.
