The Tampa Bay Rays return to Tropicana Field tomorrow to conclude the 2017 season with a three-game homestand against the Baltimore Orioles (September 29-October 1). The 2017 Rays Baseball season is presented by Tampa General Hospital.
The Rays take on the Orioles on Friday, September 29 at 7:10 p.m. and continue the weekend series on Saturday, September 30 at 6:10 p.m. At Saturday's game, the first 15,000 fans will receive a Burst Car Emblem presented by Florida Department of Transportation.
The season concludes on Sunday, October 1 with a 3:10 p.m. start. All kids 14 and under will receive a Raymond Night Light presented by Duke Energy. All promotional items are available while supplies last.
Family Fun Days, presented by Tampa General Hospital, continue on Sunday, October 1. Family Fun Days will feature free parking for cars with four or more passengers. For the fourth consecutive season, concourse activities will be complimentary for kids 14 years and under. Activities include Power Alley Batting Cage, Speed Pitch, Raymond's Art Studio, Topps Make Your Own Baseball Card and the Grand Slam Alley, courtesy of GameTime. Extra entertainers will also perform on Sundays, including face painters, airbrush tattoo artists, magicians, caricaturists, stilt walkers, jugglers and balloon artists. In addition, every Sunday home game, two Rays players will sign autographs for kids 14 years and under along the right field stands
from 12:00-12:30 p.m.

$2 KIDS TICKETS BONUS DATE -- The Rays have extended their $2 Kids Tickets promotion, presented by Morgan Auto Group, to include the game on Friday, September 29 at 7:10 p.m. Tickets for kids 14 and under are $2 with the purchase of a full-price adult ticket. Up to two $2 tickets can be purchased per full-price paid adult. Tickets are available online at www.raysbaseball.com/specials and at the Tropicana Field Box Office.
MINOR LEAGUE AWARD WINNERS -- Prior to the game on Friday, September 29, the Rays will hold a ceremony to recognize the 2017 Rays minor league award winners. The winners will be made up of the Rays Minor League Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, Baserunner of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and Reliever of the Year in addition to the Most Valuable Player for each of the Rays nine organizational affiliates. The Rays will also recognize the recipient of the Erik Walker Community Champion Award. Named after former Rays minor league pitcher Erik Walker, who died tragically in 2006 following his first season in professional baseball, the award annually recognizes a Rays minor leaguer who exemplifies teamwork, sportsmanship and community involvement. Before the ceremony, the award winners are scheduled to sign autographs at Tropicana Field from 5:45-6:30 p.m. along the first base line.
"SHIRTS OFF OUR BACKS" FUNDRAISER -- The annual "Shirts Off Our Backs" fundraiser, hosted by the Rays Baseball Foundation, will continue this weekend during the Orioles series. Fans can donate to the Rays Baseball Foundation in exchange for scratch-off cards with the chance to win game-worn jerseys from the final game of the season on October 1, tickets to a 2018 Rays home game or other prizes.
FIRST RESPONDERS DAY -- Before the last game of the regular season, the Rays will celebrate First Responders and their essential role in disaster relief efforts. Police, Firefighters and EMTs can reserve two (2) complimentary tickets for this game online through www.raysbaseball.com/FirstResponders, courtesy of Suncoast Credit Union. Affiliation will be verified through ID.me, a third-party MLB approved verification service. In addition, First Responders will be honored in special ceremonies prior to the game.
FOOD &  SUPPLIES DRIVE TO BENEFIT HURRICANE MARIA VICTIMS -- Throughout the weekend, the Rays will be hosting a Food & Supplies Drive, supported by First Class Moving, to benefit Hurricane Maria victims. Along with Rays staff members, players from George D. Chamberlain High School's baseball team in Tampa will be lending a hand in the volunteer efforts. All fans who donate food and/or supply items will receive a voucher for two complimentary tickets to a 2018 Rays home game (some exclusions apply). Items of greatest need include bottled water, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, diapers, canned foods, dry foods, baby formula, garbage bags, towels, canned milk, canned and dry pet food, baby and adult pain relief medicine, stomach and diarrhea relief medicine, mosquito repellent, blankets, pillows, first-aid kits, laundry detergents, dish soap and cots. Donations can be dropped off to collection areas at Gate 1 and 4.
