Padres Spring Training tickets on sale Saturday
SAN DIEGO – Tickets for San Diego Padres Spring Training games at the Peoria Sports Complex go on sale Saturday at 8:00 a.m. PT. 2012 marks the 19th spring for the Padres in Peoria, Ariz.
Beginning with the annual charity game on March 4 vs. Seattle, San Diego is scheduled to play 18 times in Peoria, including two designated as Mariners home games. Included among San Diego’s 16 home games are contests against the Mariners (March 5), Texas Rangers (March 7), San Francisco Giants (March 8, 30), Arizona Diamondbacks (March 11, 25), Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (March 16), Colorado Rockies (March 20), Los Angeles Dodgers (March 27) and Chicago Cubs (March 29).

Padres’ pitchers and catchers are scheduled to report to Peoria on Sunday, February 19 with their first workout scheduled for Monday, February 20. Position players are scheduled to report on Friday, February 24 with the club’s first full-squad workout on Saturday, February 25. S
