Twins recall Alan Busenitz

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have recalled right-handed pitcher Alan Busenitz from Triple-A Rochester. Busenitz made two appearances for the Red Wings, going 0-1 with a 3.38 ERA (2.2 IP, 1 ER), one walk and three strikeouts.

The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have recalled right-handed pitcher Alan Busenitz from Triple-A Rochester. Busenitz made two appearances for the Red Wings, going 0-1 with a 3.38 ERA (2.2 IP, 1 ER), one walk and three strikeouts.
The 27-year-old appeared in 28 games for the Twins last season, going 1-1 with a 1.99 ERA (31.2 IP, 7 ER), nine walks and 23 strikeouts. He will take the 25-man roster spot of outfielder Ryan LaMarre who was optioned to Rochester on Friday.
