Rockies transactions for March 15

SCOTTSDALE – The Colorado Rockies announced today that 12 players have been sent to Minor League camp. Those players are listed below. Players with stars next to their names are on the 40-man roster and have been optioned. All others were non-roster invitees to Major League camp and have been reassigned.

Right-handed pitchers (5): Stephen Dodson, Joe Gardner, Mike Ekstrom, Chad Bettis, Dustin Molleken.

Left-handed pitcher (1): Edwar Cabrera*.

Catchers (2): Lars Davis, Matt McBride.

Infielders (2): Tommy Field*, Ben Paulsen. 

Outfielder (2): Jamie Hoffman*, Kent Matthes.

The Rockies have 48 players on the Major League Spring Training roster, including 12 non-roster players.
