Astros Face Off Against Cleveland Indians and San Francisco Giants

The Astros, who regained sole possession of first place in the AL West after taking two of three from the LA Angels earlier this week, return home to face off against the AL Central-leading Cleveland Indians for three games, May 18-20. Two of the best rotations in baseball will face off this weekend, as Houston and Cleveland's starting rotations currently rank first and second in the American League in ERA at 2.24 and 3.42, respectively. Houston continues the homestand against the San Francisco Giants, May 22-23, which will mark the first meeting between the two teams since 2015.

TICKET POLICY
As a reminder regarding tickets, all fans must either have their printed tickets in hand or utilize the MLB Ballpark App on their mobile devices to access Minute Maid Park and any Astros Street Fests. PDFs, screenshots or any photos of tickets on a mobile device will NOT be accepted, and the Astros will not be able to print tickets on-site. As part of the Astros' ongoing commitment to the safety of all fans, there is no re-entry into the ballpark once fans are scanned in, a policy consistent with the Astros postseason game day protocol as well as with other sports and entertainment venues around the country.
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP COLLECTION
The Houston Astros and Jostens partnered in producing a World Championship jewelry collection for Astros fans, who can purchase from this collection exclusively at the Astros Team Store at Minute Maid Park and www.jostens.com/astrosfan, all season long. COMMISSIONER'S TROPHY ON DISPLAY
Astros fans can view and take photos with the Commissioner's Trophy when the Astros play at home at Minute Maid Park, Monday through Thursday, beginning when gates open until 30 minutes prior to first pitch. The Commissioner's Trophy will be available in the Atrium, just outside Union Station Lobby on the main concourse. During Astros home games Friday through Sunday, the Trophy will be on display in the Union Station Team Store from the time gates upon through the end of the game.

The Astros kick off the homestand with Star Wars™ Night at the ballpark! Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Star Wars™ character and enjoy the game, followed by a special Star Wars™-themed fireworks display. Fans should also note the costume policy: fans may wear costumes, but masks cannot be worn. Fans can bring in Star Wars™ toy weapons, as long as they are not replicas of or actual weapons . Saturday, May 19 vs. Cleveland Indians - 3:10 p.m.
Faith and Family Night, presented by Chick-fil-A Houston, returns to Minute Maid Park on Saturday, May 19. Astros players George Springer and Will Harris will share their faith testimonies, followed by an inspiring postgame concert featuring Houston's own Tauren Wells. A game ticket also serves as a ticket to the postgame concert, the seating for which is general admission, after the final out.
Hall of Famer and Astros legend Jeff Bagwell will join the AT&T SportsNet TV broadcast once a month for the remainder of the season as a guest commentator. Bagwell's next appearance on the broadcast is this Saturday, May 19 as the Astros take on the Indians.
The Astros will commemorate Armed Forces Day on Saturday with a special pregame ceremony. The Texas Lone Star Chapter of the Korean War Veterans Association will present Lieutenant Gideon James (Army Air Corps, World War II), Corporal Clarence Fountain (Army, Korean War) and Captain Mike Penn (Navy, Vietnam War), all of whom were prisoners of war, with a special proclamation from the city declaring May 19 as "Honor All Veterans Day" in Houston. The Korean War Veterans Association will also present the colors for Saturday's game. Additionally, the Astros will recognize representatives from each of the five military branches during Military Appreciation presented by Occidental Petroleum in the 4th inning of Saturday's game.
A representative from the Houston Police Department will throw out a ceremonial first pitch prior to Saturday's afternoon contest in recognition of National Police Week.
Sunday, May 20 vs. Cleveland Indians - 7:05 p.m.
The Astros wrap up their weekend series vs. the Indians on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, beginning at 7:05 p.m. CT. The evening contest will broadcast nationally on TV on ESPN and on the Astros flagship radio stations SportsTalk 790 KBME and La Ranchera 850 AM/101.7 FM.
Astros mascot Orbit will celebrate his birthday in intergalactic fashion on Sunday, May 20! Orbit's Birthday Celebration ticket package includes a special event in Union Station Lobby from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. prior to Sunday's night game, featuring face painters, caricaturists, a photo booth and more! The Astros are hosting families from the Sunshine Kids for their second meet and greet of the season with Astros players and coaches prior to Sunday's game. The meet and greet will be held in the press conference room following Astros batting practice.
Please note that Kids Run the Bases will not take place following Sunday's night game and will return on Wednesday, May 23 following the 1:10 p.m. contest vs. the San Francisco Giants.

Prior to Tuesday's evening contest, the Astros Foundation and Gardner Denver will welcome Houston Fire Department Station 47 into the Adopt-A-Fire Station program, which seeks to support local first responders and the work they do in the Houston community. The program connects Houston fire stations and Astros players by their corresponding jersey numbers. On Tuesday at 11:00 a.m., Astros pitcher Chris Devenski, who wears jersey #47, will present a framed jersey and visit with Houston Fire Department Station 47 first responders.
Every Tuesday night home game is $1 Hot Dog Night presented by Nolan Ryan Beef! Fans can purchase an unlimited number of Nolan Ryan Beef hot dogs at $1 each while supplies last (limit of four per person per concession visit).
Wednesday, May 23 vs. San Francisco Giants - 1:10 p.m.
Prior to Wednesday's afternoon contest, Olympic speed skater and Houston native Jonathan Garcia will throw out a ceremonial first pitch.
Following Wednesday's day game vs. the Giants, young Astros fans ages 5-12 will have the opportunity to participate in Kids Run the Bases. Kids, accompanied by their parents, can line up for the fun postgame activity at Section 131/132.
