The Atlanta Braves tonight concluded day two of the 2018 First-Year Player Draft, using all seven of their picks today on collegiate players.
The Braves landed RHP Carter Stewart out of Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne, Fla., and Wichita State OF Greyson Jenista with their first two picks yesterday.
The Braves made their first selection today in round four, drafting Stanford University RHP Tristan Beck with the 112th overall pick. Beck, 21, was named a Perfect Game 2018 third-team preseason All-American and went 8-4 with a 2.98 ERA (30 ER/90.2 IP) in 15 starts for the Cardinal this season. The 6-foot-4, 190-pound native of Corona, Calif., was ranked as the 35th best prospect in the draft by MLB.com.
The club also used its eighth-round pick on University of Washington INF AJ Graffanino, the son of former major leaguer Tony Graffanino. AJ, a switch hitter, batted .363 with a .437 on-base percentage in 24 games this season for the Huskies.

In all, the Braves selected five right-handed pitchers, two outfielders, and two infielders through the first two days of the draft. Stewart marked the Braves' only high school draft choice through the first 10 rounds.
