Rangers to host Padres, White Sox & Astros during 8-game homestand

The Rangers return to Texas on Monday, June 25, to open an eight-game homestand against the San Diego Padres, Chicago White Sox, and Houston Astros at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

The Rangers return to Texas on Monday, June 25, to open an eight-game homestand against the San Diego Padres, Chicago White Sox, and Houston Astros at Globe Life Park in Arlington.
The second home interleague series of 2018 takes place against the Padres with 7:05 p.m. contests on Monday, June 25; Tuesday, June 26; and Wednesday, June 27.
On Monday, the first 15,000 fans will receive an Academy Sports + Outdoors Rangers Tumbler.
Monday is also Dallas Stars Night at the ballpark. Stars team captain and left wing Jamie Benn, goalie Ben Bishop, and defenseman Stephen Johns are scheduled to be on hand to participate in the pre-game ceremonies. The special Dallas Stars Theme Night tickets have been completely sold out.  
The giveaways continue Tuesday, when the first 20,000 fans will receive a just-published 2018 Rangers Yearbook which includes full-page player portraits and a number of other stories and features.
Military Appreciation Nights return Wednesday, when the Rangers will honor the brave men and women of United States Special Operations. 
During this season's series of Military Appreciation Nights, the Rangers honored the Marines on May 21, and the Army on June 15. This homestand also includes nights for the Navy on July 3 and the Air Force on July 4. The final Military Appreciation Night of the season will honor the Coast Guard on August 16. On each of those dates, a Rangers cap themed to honor that branch of the military, will be available with the Theme Night ticket. Theme Night tickets must be purchased by visiting texasrangers.com/themenights, and a limited number of caps are available. 
Wednesday is also another Texas Chili Company Dollar Hot Dog Night. 
The White Sox arrive on Friday to open a three-game set. The weekend will feature games at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, June 29; 8:05 p.m. on Saturday, June 30; and 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, July 1.
On Friday, a Rangers Theme Night will pay tribute to the Fab Four from Liverpool with Beatles Night at the ballpark. Fans who purchase tickets through texasrangers.com/themenights will receive a Beatles themed Texas Rangers caps. And a pre-game performance from a Beatles tribute band will be held on the west side of the ballpark.
Friday's festivities will conclude with T-Mobile Friday Fireworks set to a Beatles theme.
The first 15,000 fans on Saturday will receive a Golden Chick Rougie and Smokey the Horse Bobblehead.
Music Theme Nights continue Saturday when the Rangers will host Margaritaville Night at the ballpark. A Jimmy Buffett cover band will perform during a pre-game tailgate. And fans who purchase tickets through texasrangers.com/themenights will receive a limited edition pair of Margaritaville/Texas Rangers sunglasses. 
On Sunday, the first 17,500 fans (15,000 adult and 2,500 youth) will receive a Hilti Rangers Raglan Tee.
Fans 13 and younger can also enjoy $1 ice cream on Sunday thanks to another Blue Bell Ice Cream Sunday.
Sunday also marks another music Theme Night, with the tribute band Forgotten Space playing on the west side of the ballpark. Tickets purchased through texasrangers.com/themenights prior to Monday, June 25 will receive a custom Forgotten Space/Texas Rangers tee-shirt.
The Astros make their final trip of the season to Globe Life Park for a 2-game set beginning Tuesday. This installment of the Silver Boot Series presented by The Texas Lottery will feature a 7:05 p.m. contest on Tuesday, July 3, and a 6:05 p.m. matchup on Wednesday, July 4.
As part of the league-wide celebration of Independence Day, both the Rangers and Astros will sport matching caps, jerseys, and socks featuring red, white, and blue team logos and decorated with stars and stripes. It marks the eleventh consecutive summer of the patriotic caps, while the jerseys will return for their fourth straight year. The socks made a popular debut in 2017.
Tuesday, the Rangers will honor the brave men and women of the Navy with Navy Appreciation Night. Post-Game Fireworks presented by T-Mobile will follow Tuesday's contest.
The homestand concludes Wednesday with Independence Day celebrations. Pre-game ceremonies will include 150 recruits taking the U.S. Air Force Oath of Enlistment. A United States flag will be unfurled on the field and a Texas flag will be unfurled on Greene's Hill. A flyover by the U.S. Air Force 87th Flying Training Squadron from Laughlin Air Force Base will follow the National Anthem. 
Wednesday is also another Texas Chili Company Dollar Hot Dog Night and will feature a Patriotic Post-Game Fireworks Presented by The Texas Lottery.
With All-Star voting officially underway, fans can submit their ballots at the voting station behind section 30 on the main concourse through the sixth inning of each home game. Fans who submit the maximum five ballots will receive a Texas Rangers gift.
