Colorado Rockies recall infielder Ryan Mcmahon from Triple-A Albuquerque

The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have recalled infielder Ryan McMahon from Triple-A Albuquerque and have optioned outfielder Noel Cuevas to Triple-A.

DENVER - The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have recalled infielder Ryan McMahon from Triple-A Albuquerque and have optioned outfielder Noel Cuevas to Triple-A.
• McMahon, 23, will be making his third stint on the Major League roster this season … made his first Opening Day roster this year, and has batted .211 (20-for-95) with seven runs, four doubles, one triple, two home runs, nine RBI and 10 walks in 47 games across his first two stints with the Rockies in 2018 … in 55 games with Albuquerque, has batted .290 (65-for-224) with 40 runs, 15 doubles, three triples, 11 home runs, 48 RBI, 15 walks and three stolen bases … the Yorba Linda, Calif., native made his Major League debut Aug. 12, 2017 vs. Miami and has batted .202 (23-for-114) with nine runs, five doubles, one triple, two home runs, 10 RBI, 15 walks and 40 strikeouts across parts of two seasons with the Rockies.u5:p
•    Cuevas, 26, was recalled April 22 and made his Major League debut that night vs. Chicago-NL … has batted .243 (33-for-136) with 14 runs, four doubles, one triple, two home runs, eight RBI and six walks across 63 games in his first stint in the Major Leagues … the Camuy, Puerto Rico, native has batted .333 (21-for-63) with eight runs, three doubles, three triples, two home runs, 13 RBI, 10 walks and two stolen bases across 16 games in Triple-A this season.
