LHP Steven Brault and RHP Nick Kingham have been optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis.
RHP Dovydas Neverauskas has been recalled from Indianapolis and RHP Keone Kela has officially joined the Major League team and is active for tonight's game vs. St. Louis.
In 29 games with Indianapolis this season, Neverauskas has posted a 1.14 ERA (39.1ip/5er), four saves and 50 strikeouts. He has made 10 consecutive Triple-A appearances since being charged with his last earned run (14.0ip).
Neverauskas began the regular season with Pittsburgh and is in his fourth stint with the Pirates this season.
