FLUSHING, N.Y., August 22, 2018 - The New York Mets announced that the club will open the 2019 regular season on the road at NL East rival the Washington Nationals on Thursday, March 28. After a six-game game road trip against Washington and Miami, the Home Opener will be on Thursday, April 4 vs. the Nationals.
