Astros to Host Free ALCS Watch Parties Tomorrow and Sunday at Minute Maid Park

Fans are invited to Minute Maid Park tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 13 and Sunday, Oct. 14 for the Astros ALCS Postseason Watch Parties as the Astros take on the Boston Red Sox in Games 1 and 2 of the American League Championship Series. Gates for the Astros ALCS Postseason Watch Party will open at 5:00 p.m. prior to tomorrow's 7:09 p.m. CT first pitch and at 4:00 p.m. prior to Sunday's 6:09 p.m. CT first pitch. The Astros will be competing in their second consecutive AL Championship Series, having defeated the New York Yankees in the 2017 ALCS, 4-3. The Astros last faced the Red Sox in Boston September 7-9, winning the series, 2-1.

Fans are invited to watch all Astros postseason road games at Minute Maid Park, free of charge. Fans will need to claim a free Postseason Watch Party voucher for entry at www.astros.com/postseason, and parking will be available for purchase in Astros-controlled lots. Additionally, ballpark concessions will be open and available for purchase, including Shake Shack and The 5/7 Market in center field, as well as several options on the main concourse.
Prior to each away game, the fun will begin two hours before first pitch with a Postseason Street Fest on Crawford Street, where fans can enjoy live music, food trucks, bar games, inflatables and much more. The Postseason Street Fest will open tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 4:00 p.m. The game will stream live on the main video board inside Minute Maid Park as well as on a large projection screen outside the ballpark.
Media wishing to cover Postseason Watch Parties must enter at the First Base Entrance and receive a wristband from security. ALCS Credentials are not required to cover the Postseason Watch Parties.
Houston ace Justin Verlander and the Astros will face southpaw Chris Sale and the Red sox tomorrow at Fenway Park as the Astros look to start off the ALCS on a winning note. In Game 2 of the ALCS, RHP Gerrit Cole and the Astros will take on LHP David Price and the Red Sox on Sunday before returning to Houston for Games 3-5, Tuesday, Oct. 16 through Thursday, Oct. 18.

Astros mascot Orbit will join the Coca-Cola Shooting Stars and Shuttle Crew for an Orange Out Rally at Karbach Brewery, located at 2032 Karbach Street, this Friday from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Fans can enjoy games, music, inflatables and plenty of free Astros postseason swag at the Orange Out Rally, which is free and open to the public.
