The Cleveland Indians today announced the following selections during the AAA phase of the Rule 5 Draft:
Selected LHP YAPSON GOMEZ (19th pick overall) from Chicago-NL in the first round of the AAA phase
Selected 1B WILSON GARCIA (32nd pick overall) from Baltimore in the second round of the AAA phase
The Indians passed on their selection during the Major League phase of the Rule 5 Draft.
