Pittsburgh Brewing Company unveils new, limited edition Pittsburgh Pirates branded IC Light cans and bottles

Pittsburgh Brewing Company today unveiled new Pittsburgh Pirates branded IC Light cans and bottles that are now beginning to hit outlets throughout the Pittsburgh region.

The Pirates branded cans and bottle labels feature the Pirates jersey lettering across the top half with the IC Light brand enclosed inside a baseball, all in the black and gold that is synonymous with Pittsburgh. The cans are available in 12- and 16-ounce 24- and 30-packs, while the 12-ounce bottles are available in 24-packs.

"IC Light is tied to all things Pittsburgh, especially the Pittsburgh Pirates," said Ed Lozano, president and CEO, Pittsburgh Brewing Company. "Now fans can cheer on the Buccos with these limited edition Pirates cans and bottles, which combine two iconic Pittsburgh institutions that are dedicated to this city and its fans."

The new Pirates branded products are part of Pittsburgh Brewing's on-going partnership with the Pirates, which also includes sponsorship of the team's Fan Jam on Saturday, June 9 featuring Boyz II Men, and two SkyBlast dates; Saturday, August 11 featuring Styx, and Saturday, September 29 featuring Lifehouse.

"These limited edition cans and bottles are a great example of that teamwork, and are sure to be very popular among Pirates fans."
