Angels Agree To Terms With 11 Draft Picks

ANAHEIM, CA – The Angels today announced they have agreed to terms with 11 draft picks from the 2012 draft class. Four of the Angels first five picks agreed to terms including the Halos first selection (third round), RHP R.J. Alvarez. Today’s announcement was made by general manager Jerry Dipoto and scouting director Ric Wilson.

See attached for a list of the Angels’ 2012 draft class with the players who have agreed to terms notated in bold. After today’s announcement, 27 of 38 draft picks remain unsigned.
