Traffic Advisory

Due to the conflict with the Kenny Chesney concert taking place at Ford Field on Saturday, August 18, Olympia Development Parking Services is holding all the lots it controls east of Wodoward Ave for guests attending the 7:05 Tigers game. Guests must show a ticket, parking pass, or have tickets at Will Call to the Tigers game to park in these lots. Tailgating will also be prohibited to ensure there is ample parking. All parking lots located west of Woodward Ave that are operated by Olympia Development will be available on a first come first serve basis to both Tigers and Ford Field fans.

Please plan accordingly as traffic in the area will be significantly higher than normal. There is an estimated 85,000 people who will be attending events in the area. Anticipate that guests will arrive early for the concert at Ford Field as the event begins at 4:30 p.m.
