Pirates to host Team PhotoFest at PNC Park on Saturday, August 25

The Pittsburgh Pirates have announced 2012 Team PhotoFest to take place on Saturday, August 25 from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. on the warning track of PNC Park prior to the team’s 7:05 p.m. game vs. the Milwaukee Brewers. The event, which is free of charge, will give fans a unique opportunity to meet and take photos of

On Saturday, the Trib Total Media Home Plate Gate-- located on the corner of General Robinson

Street and Mazeroski Way-- will open at 4 p.m. for fans to enter the ballpark. All fans entering PNC Park must have a ticket for that evening’s game.

The Home Plate Gate is the only PNC Park gate that will open early on Saturday as fans will be led to the PNC Park outfield warning track. Players and coaches will be in the outfield grass, moving along the perimeter posing for photos for fans.

All Pirates’ players and coaches are scheduled to appear during the one-hour event.

Fans will be required to provide their own cameras for photo opportunities. Due to time constraints, autographs will be prohibited.
