White Sox announce upcoming series activities

Chicago White Sox promotional highlights, giveaways and ceremonial first pitches for next week's series vs. Minnesota.  Tickets are available at whitesox.com, the U.S. Cellular Field ticket office and all Ticketmaster locations.

The games on Monday and Wednesday will be televised Comcast SportsNet Chicago, while WCIU-TV will broadcast the game on Tuesday.  All three games will air on WSCR-AM 670 (The Score), the White Sox flagship radio station, and 97.5 FM ESPN Deportes, the White Sox Spanish-language radio affiliate.

Monday's game is a Value Monday, with tickets as low as $7 in the upper deck and lower level tickets starting at $17.  Tuesday and Wednesday's game feature lower reserved seats for as low as $20 per ticket and tickets in the upper reserved as low as $9.

Ceremonial first pitch by Taj Gibson, Chicago Bulls
Taj Gibson, forward for the Chicago Bulls and member of the 2012 U.S. Select Team, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch.

In honor of Kevin Hickey, the White Sox are hosting a 16-inch softball hitting exhibition and welcoming Hickey family members during a special pre-game ceremony.

Ceremonial first pitch by Brotha Fred, KISS-FM
Brotha Fred, on-air personality and host of KISS-FM's morning show, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch.  

Tony Lucca, Rock Ridge artist who has shared the stage with 'N Sync, Marc Anthony, Macy Gray and Sara Bareilles, among others, and second runner-up on the second season of NBC's "The Voice," will perform the National Anthem and an on-field acoustic set before the game.

Members of the Chicago Sky WNBA team, including Olympic gold medalists Swin Cash and Sylvia Fowles, will take part in an on-field ceremony before the game.

National Anthem by John Vincent

John Vincent from Chicago will perform the National Anthem.
