Indians play host to high school fall league All-Star Game
WHAT: In conjunction with ACE Baseball, the Indians will play host to the inaugural High School Fall League All-Star Game on Saturday, October 6 at noon at Progressive Field. High school players from around northeast Ohio will have the opportunity to take batting practice in the Progressive Field cages, use the dugouts and play a game on the field.
WHERE: Progressive Field -- Gate D.
WHEN: Saturday, October 6 -- 12:00PM. Parents, family, friends and media are welcome -- Gate D will open at 11:30AM.
WEATHER CONTINGENCY: In case of rain, the players will participate in hitting, pitching and catching drills inside at Progressive Field.
ABOUT INDIANS YOUTH BASEBALL:
The Indians launched the High School Fall League this year as a part of the Youth Baseball Program. Designed for kids of all ages, Indians Youth Baseball offers kids the opportunity to learn the game of baseball, improve their skills and continue their development in a fun, positive environment.
