Seattle Mariners player signing updates
24 players on 40-man roster have signed 2013 contracts.
SEATTLE, Wash. -- The Mariners today issued the following signing update.
The Mariners have agreed to 2013 contracts with the following 10 players:
Pitchers (3) – Blake Beavan (RHP), Lucas Luetge (LHP), Chance Ruffin (RHP)
Infielders (3) – Francisco Martinez, Kyle Seager, Justin Smoak
Outfielders (4) – Julio Morban, Carlos Peguero, Eric Thames, Casper Wells
These signings bring the total of signed players on the Mariners Major League 40-man roster to 24.
All 40-man players will be signed or renewed by March 11.
