Cleveland Indians, Minute Men Staffing Extend In-Park Cleanup Partnership

Cleveland-based company has provided services to team since 2006, will donate $200 for each home run hit at Progressive Field

The Cleveland Indians and Minute Men Staffing Services have announced an extension of their long-time partnership, through which Minute Men provides in-park cleanup at Progressive Field.

Minute Men Staffing Services has provided those services since 2006, and this season, Minute Men will continue its donations to Cleveland Indians Charities with a home run campaign: For each homer hit by an Indians player at Progressive Field this season, Minute Men will donate $200 to CIC.

“For years, Minute Men has provided the Indians quality cleanup services at Progressive Field,” said Jim Folk, the Indians Vice President of Ballpark Operations. “We look forward to continuing our partnership and appreciate Minute Men’s donations to Cleveland Indians Charities as part of the agreement.”

Founded in 1968, Minute Men is headquartered on Carnegie Avenue in Cleveland, a short drive away from Progressive Field.

“Minute Men Staffing is pleased to announce the renewal of our partnership with the Cleveland Indians,” said Sam Lucarelli Jr., Vice President of Minute Men. “We look forward to continued support of the Greater Cleveland community through our work with Cleveland Indians Charities and providing employment opportunities for Cleveland and Cuyahoga County residents.”
