Royals Option Three To Minor League Camp

The Kansas City Royals this morning made three roster moves in Major League Spring Training camp.  Following the moves, the Royals have 52 active players in Major League camp.

Left-handed pitchers Chris Dwyer and Justin Marks were optioned to Triple-A Omaha while left-handed pitcher John Lamb was optioned to Class AA Northwest Arkansas.
