A's option Peterson and Weeks to Sacramento

OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Oakland A's optioned infielder Jemile Weeks and outfielder Shane Peterson to Triple-A Sacramento, the club announced today.

The A's now have 36 active players in camp.  That includes 33 players on the 40-man roster and three non-roster invitees.  The breakdown includes 19 pitchers, three catchers, nine infielders and five outfielders.
