CATCH to Honor David Dombrowski During Night of Champions

Detroit Tigers President, CEO & General Manager David Dombrowski will be one of the CATCH "Hall of Fame" recipients when the children's charity founded by the late Sparky Anderson hosts its annual Night of Champions dinner in October.

Sponsored by Ford Motor Company, CATCH Night of Champions will take place on Wednesday, October 16, at The Henry Hotel, Dearborn.

Dombrowski will join Detroit Lions Hall of Famer Lem Barney and retired Henry Ford Health System CFO Thomas McNulty as honorees at the 24th annual fund-raiser for CATCH.
Additionally, Dr. Eileen Donovan from Detroit Institute for Children and Oakwood Center for Exceptional Families will receive the Dr. Clarence Livingood Humanitarian Award.

CATCH Night of Champions features a reception beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, a live auction and a ceremony for the honorees. The late Sparky Anderson, who founded the charity in 1987, created the dinner to recognize Detroit area leaders who go above and beyond the call of duty in giving back to the community.

Tickets for the Night of Champions XXIV are $175, with all proceeds benefiting CATCH, which annually raises funds for items and services that improve the quality of life of sick, injured and needy pediatric patients at Detroit's Children's Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital.
