Season of giving continues: Phillies Charities, Inc. announces 2013 grant recipients
Dozens of local charities and organizations that have been making an impact in the community were recently selected to receive a Phillies' Charities, Inc. grant.
"There are so many community heroes that provide invaluable services to individuals and families in times of need," said Lyn Montgomery, President, Phillies Charities, Inc. "It is our hope that the Phillies' Charities grants awarded will continue to aid the efforts of these outstanding organizations in giving back to the community."
More than $2 million in grants have been awarded throughout the year. Grant recipients will also be honored during a Phillies Charities Holiday Dinner being held on Monday, December 16.
