Miami Marlins name Ryan McCoy Vice President of Sales, Service
Ryan will oversee the ticket sales and customer service teams
Miami, FL - The Miami Marlins are pleased to announce the newest member of the front office executive team, Ryan McCoy. The announcement was made today by Marlins President, David Samson. Ryan McCoy has joined the Miami Marlins as VP, Sales and Service. In his new role, McCoy will be overseeing the sales and service teams, primarily season ticket services, inside sales, group sales, premium services and customer service.
McCoy spent the last eight years with Sunrise Sports & Entertainment, the Florida Panthers Hockey Club and the BB&T Center, most recently as the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Service and a member of the Steering Committee for the organization. His duties included handling the overall sales initiatives for all of SSE's operating entities including inside sales, new business, premium seating, etc. McCoy also oversaw SSE's industry-renowned client services department for all of its partners, fans and constituents.
McCoy graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communications and a minor in Psychology. He also was a letterman in varsity baseball. McCoy resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife Tara, son Connor, and daughter Addison.
