Padres single-game tickets to be on sale this Saturday at FanFest

Individual tickets for all 2014 home games go on sale at 7:30 a.m. PT

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Padres today announced 2014 single-game tickets will go on sale to the general public this Saturday, February 8 at 7:30 a.m. PT, in conjunction with FanFest presented by State Farm®. The single-game on-sale was previously scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, but was changed due to fan interest.

Beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, individual tickets for all 2014 home games, including Opening Night (Sunday, March 30 vs. Los Angeles) and Opening Day (Tuesday, April 1 vs. Los Angeles), will be available for purchase online at www.padres.com, at the Petco Park box office, by phone at 619.795.5555 and at all Ticketmaster locations.

In addition, Padres Packs with options for three, six or nine games will go on sale exclusively at FanFest. The packs will be available in three levels of the seating bowl, with prices starting at $59. Fans will not have to commit to their choice of games right away. Instead, they will receive digital vouchers loaded to their Membership card (or MLB.com At the Ballpark mobile application) that can be redeemed for the game of their choosing (excluding Opening Night March 30). At the time of redemption the fan will secure the best remaining seats in the designated area of their purchase. Padres Packs will be available for purchase on-site at FanFest, at the visitor's dugout, and will be made available for purchase online at padres.com at a later date.

Back by popular demand: Taco Tuesdays return every Tuesday home game in 2014. In addition, the first Tuesday home game of every month will feature a salute to our First Responders. Every Thursday night game is Padres College Night, featuring special ticket discounts for college students with a valid ID. Friday nights will include live music and themed festivals at Park at the Park. Saturdays are Baseball Nights in San Diego, with all-fan giveaways planned for every Saturday game. Sundays will continue to be Military salute games, with a family-focused atmosphere, including the return of KidsFest at Park at the Park.

The full 2014 promotional schedule will be announced later this week. The complete 2014 game schedule with game times is available at www.padres.com/schedule.
