Clarification on East Bay Express article yesterday

On Tuesday (Feb. 4), the East Bay Express reported that Oakland A's Owner and Managing General Partner Lew Wolff recently said Coliseum City "could potentially work." As a clarification, Mr. Wolff has never commented on any aspect of Coliseum City as referenced in this article.

On Dec. 16, Mr. Wolff was accurately quoted by the Bay Area News Group as saying the only possible new stadium location in Oakland "would be where we're at right now, on land controlled by the city and county." The A's owner only commented on the viability of the Coliseum site, not the proposed sports and entertainment complex.
