Atlanta Braves Make Spring Roster Moves

The Atlanta Braves trimmed their spring roster by four players after today's game, optioning two players and re-assigning two others. Left-handed pitcher Carlos Perez and right-handed pitcher Wirfin Obispo were optioned to Gwinnett (AAA). Right-handed pitchers Lay Batista and Shae Simmons were re-assigned to minor league camp.

Atlanta now has 45 active players remaining in its Major League camp.
